Are you a caregiver? So often, we don’t consider ourselves caregivers because we feel we’re doing what we’re supposed to do as a family member or friend to someone who needs care. Chances are, as a supervisor, a large portion of your team are caregivers. Caregiving responsibilities, whether it’s for a child, parent, or dependent spouse, can greatly impact our daily routines. Balancing those responsibilities with a career at the same time can be difficult.
