Reduced tillage in Organic Vegetable Production

Reduced tillage is somewhere between full tillage and no till. This is a point that organic farmers can manage as tillage is the primary way to manage weeds. We are offering are 3 videos we are sharing as part of a USDA Organic Research  project with Cornell University, Michigan State University and University of Maine. Organic production requires managing pests while building the soil and reduced tillage  is a way to do this. These videos are on: 1. establishing permanent beds in vegetable systems, insect management, both good guys and tillage approaches and the third video is on tractor equipment use to do reduced tillage in vegetables.
