11/21/24 - Am I Ready? Staying on Track for Promotion in the CHM

In this workshop, we’ll explore four key strategies – including leveraging your annual review – for supporting an ongoing dialog with your supervisor/chair/director about your intentions for promotion and progress toward meeting promotion criteria. 

This workshop targets faculty in the first three years at their current rank but may also be useful for those closer to a promotion action. It is about longer-term planning for promotion, not about the nuts and bolts of preparing a promotion case.
