Markita Landry is an Assistant Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California Berkeley. Her research focuses on using nanomaterials to deliver genetic material into cells for the purposes of genetic modification. She earned her Ph.D. in 2012 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Chemical Physics and completed an NSF postdoctoral fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before starting her lab at Berkeley.
