GLAMorous Work: Praxis for Tackling Inequity in Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums

 Kevin Talmer Whiteneir Jr.'s presentation shares demographic data that demonstrates that the library and art information professions are overwhelmingly white. He then shares a four-step approach for disrupting these inequities. Whiteneir argues that change must be ideologically-oriented, training-oriented, practically-oriented, and collections-oriented.
