Zoom Scheduling Privilege

Scheduling Privilege allows Administrative Support staff to schedule meetings on behalf of executive leadership (President, Deans, Directors, Chairs, Management).  Encourage your executive leadership to follow the steps in this video to ensure you, as administrative support staff, have access to your personal Zoom account as needed.  

Reminder: Zoom does not allow a user to host multiple meetings at the same time.
