Hong Kong Spartans Alumni Club – Spartans Spotlight Series: Stay Safe and Keep Eating

On Saturday, August 8, the Hong Kong Spartans alumni club hosted a MasterChef-like cooking demonstration as part of the club's Spartans Spotlight Series. Alumni and foodies Yvonne Lo (1999, Broad College of Business) and Calvin Lai (2012, Broad College of Business) specially curated a menu of green and white themed dishes, while sharing their MSU experiences and passion of food.
