The Adult Caregivers Affinity Group is a place for Spartans to connect on adult caregiving/eldercare topics with the goal of connecting, building community and sharing best practices regarding adult/elder caregiving and the importance of caring for the caregivers.

Victoria Rackowski, a Helping Hands Respite Care Board Member, spoke about Helping Hands' mission, services, and costs, as well as how respite care can help caregivers and those receiving care.
