Birds and Coffee: Rare Birds 2025

Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about five bird species!  Each session we’ll highlight birds that you can find in our SW Michigan backyards, woods, and waters this time of year.

We have invited Elliot Nelson, Michigan Sea Grant Extension Educator to talk with us about rare birds that have been spotted in Michigan in 2025.

There is no fee for this online program but to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting.  Your hosts are educators: Lisa Duke and Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
