Birds and Coffee Chat: Winter Bird Feeding

Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about five MI bird species!  Each session we’ll highlight birds that you can find in our SW Michigan backyards, woods, and waters this time of year.

When feeding birds in the winter, it's essential to providethe right foods to attract a variety of species. Popular options for winterbird feeding include seeds, suet, nuts, and mealworms By offering a diverseselection, you can attract a wide range of backyard birds to your feeders.

There is no fee for this online program but to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting.  Your hosts are educators: Lisa Duke and Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
