Birds and Coffee Chat - How to mitigate bird threats

Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about five MI bird species!  Each session we’ll highlight birds that you can find in our SW Michigan backyards, woods, and waters this time of year.

This month, we are excited to have Gail Walter, a guest speaker from the Kalamazoo Audubon Society (ASK), who will speak about potential bird threats such as bird collisions and lighting, and ways to mitigate them.

There is no fee for this online program but to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting.  Your hosts are educators: Lisa Duke and Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
