Pesticide applications to Christmas Trees are made with several types of equipment. John reviewed how to calibrate backpack powered mist blower and traditional manual pump, air blast, hand gun and flat fan boom in order to know what their output is. John also looked at some ways to determine spray patterns and optimize sprayer use.
