Supervisor Training Series (Class 1 of 4): Supporting Employees with Chronic Health Conditions (Both mental health and physical health)
Do you manage employees who are navigating a chronic health condition? The WorkLife Office is offering a Supervisor Training Series that will give you the information and tips needed to effectively support your employees with chronic health conditions (both mental and physical) while fostering a well workplace.
Class 1 Objectives:
- Understand the significance of normalizing chronic health conditions and the treatment of those conditions
- Recognize the benefits of supporting your employees through chronic health conditions
- Determining what your employees' needs are and what resources are available to them
- Top ways to provide support as a supervisor as well as the do’s and don’ts of responding to an employee with a chronic health condition
