Beth Waitrovich has been an Extension Educator for Michigan State University for the past 34 years. Beth has a Masters of Education Leadership degree from Northern Michigan University and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She currently conducts programming in the areas of Food Safety and Financial Management and is housed in the Dickinson County MSU Extension office.
